Position Overview

GL Accountant – Fixed term (12 months) – based in Paris.

Responsibilities

- Daily coordination of the Financial Service Center (in Greece) and supervision of general accounting and related reconciliations/balances.
- Supervision of intercompany transactions.
- Support to all Italian Imerys entities in archiving and administrative activities.
- Supervision of the completeness and correct sending of electronic invoice.
- VAT, Conai and Intrastat submission.
- Participation to IT projects for the implementation and customization of SAP 4Hana.

Qualifications

- Accounting diploma or degree in economics.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a similarly structured company.
- Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken; French is a plus.




- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of SAP is mandatory; JDE is a plus.
