Experteer Overview

As Technical Application Engineer, you will transform customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for demanding industrial environments. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to translate requirements into effective technical designs and documentation. The role supports projects from design through after-sales, ensuring standards and regulations are met while driving continuous improvement. This is a cross-country, cross-functional position that blends technical problem-solving with client collaboration to shape safer, more efficient processes.

Responsabilità

- Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
- Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
