Experteer Overview In this role you will drive high scientific standards and oversee the medical components of the local PV Plans, aligning regional, EU, and global medical strategies. You will lead the local medical community, collaborate across functions, and contribute to cross-border initiatives and patient value plans. You'll engage with healthcare professionals and researchers to support clinical studies, RWE projects, and market access discussions. This is a hands?on, strategic medical leadership role with regional impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead scientific strategy execution and tactical delivery for the local area
Provide functional leadership to Medical Solution Leads and MSLs
Contribute to interdisciplinary development of Patient Value Plans (PVP)
Ensure medical?scientific consistency of solutions and materials
Develop medical knowledge across the local team and enhance scientific skills
Support conception of medical solutions (advisory boards, patient initiatives)
Prepare the area for future medical solutions in the pipeline
Steer local guideline initiatives and pipeline projects by MSLs
Be primary contact for global/EU teams on clinical studies, ISS, NIS, and RWE projects
Oversee production of publications from local data




Ensure high?quality scientific content for regulatory submissions, pricing, and marketing
Serve as medical link for market access activities
Connect EU, area, and region on long?term strategic goals
Act as Scientific Reference for national market access initiatives
Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (required)
MD, PharmD, or PhD (preferred)
Fluent English (oral and written)
10+ years of stakeholder?facing experience in healthcare
Knowledge of regulatory and HTA regulations
Coaching skills for individual and team development
Strong business planning and tactical execution abilities
Experience with clinical studies, ISS, NIS, and RWE projects (beneficial)
Problem solving, adaptability, and ability to manage complexity
Project management with ability to juggle priorities
Autonomy, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset
