Overview As an Account Manager in Naples, you will steward a portfolio of restaurant brands, helping them grow within Deliveroo's network. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven consultancy, optimize performance, and improve partner satisfaction. You'll negotiate terms and shape the portfolio strategy to boost revenue and market share. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands and build lasting partner relationships
Monitor and analyze performance, share insights with partners, and identify growth opportunities
Negotiate contract terms to align with company goals and partner mix




Plan portfolio strategy to improve performance, financials, and loyalty
Oversee P&L; perimeter, identifying opportunities and risks
Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales
P&L; knowledge and negotiation skills
Experience building long-term relationships
Experience using tools and project management applications to guide best practice
Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market is a plus
Fluency in English is a plus
