Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and support the development and execution of merchandising strategies.

Pricing: Contribute to pricing strategies and competitive analysis to optimize profitability and market position.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, turnover, and replenishment processes to ensure product availability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint.





Knowledge of SAP environment is a plus.

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

Italian mother tongue or fluent; fluent English required.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Commercially oriented, proactive and result-driven.

Team player with willingness to support and curiosity to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt the communication style to different stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Passion for retail and merchandising.
