Experteer Overview

In this role you will own and optimize a product portfolio across its lifecycle to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. You will work within a dynamic, international environment and partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and key customers to ensure products meet market needs and business objectives. You will shape product vision, roadmaps, and go‑to‑market strategies while closely monitoring performance and market trends. This position offers meaningful impact in maritime and industrial product areas and opportunities to influence strategic decisions.

- Own the product portfolio and drive lifecycle management, pricing, modularization, and end‑of‑life planning
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, segmentation, and competition to identify growth opportunities and support business cases
- Define and manage product vision, roadmaps, positioning, USPs, branding, and go‑to‑market strategies
- Conduct market research, margin analysis, demand forecasting, and performance monitoring to inform portfolio decisions
- Act as voice of the customer,



building strong relationships with key customers and addressing product‑related challenges

Responsabilità

- Proven experience in Product Management with lifecycle ownership
- Strong knowledge of outboard/inboard engines or related products with technical background
- Ability to develop strategies, business cases, and go‑to‑market plans and present to senior leadership
- Experience coordinating with Engineering and cross‑functional teams from concept to launch
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication in a collaborative international setting
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to quickly learn new systems

Requisiti fondamentali

- Permanent employment contract (Italian CCNL Metalmeccanico – Quadro level)
- Performance‑related premio
- Competitive gross annual salary 60,000 - 70,000 EUR
- Location: Forlì-Cesena, Italy
