Experteer Overview As Product Operations Specialist, you will act as the engine of the Internal Product Team, turning processes and systems into the backbone that fuels growth across Europe. You’ll own end-to-end projects, optimize workflows, and implement scalable Product-Ops practices. Your role supports cross-market expansion in Italy, France, Austria and Germany, aligning operations with company strategy. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to improve internal processes and product updates, delivering structured reporting to leadership. Retribuzione / Benefits Own end-to-end projects on new processes, workflows, and internal tools from ideation to implementation, monitoring and optimization
Scale Product-Ops across Europe by implementing strategy and standardizing processes for Italy, France, Austria and Germany
Gather feedback from other teams to identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and internal processes
Coordinate and communicate internal product updates and releases to both internal teams and external stakeholders
Provide structured reporting and analysis to management on delivered projects
Responsabilità 3+ years in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops or Operational Excellence with proven process optimization and cross-functional collaboration
Proficient with CRM, project management, ERP, workflow and AI platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Google Apps Script, Claude, Gemini, n8n)
Fluent in English
Adaptable and proactive in dynamic environments
Strong problem‑solving, organizational and decision‑making skills
Results‑oriented and collaborative with ability to deliver under pressure
