In this role you contribute to commodity procurement strategy and execute supplier relationships to support business KPIs. You will align procurement with product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectives, while driving supplier development and cost‑out initiatives. You partner with cross‑functional teams to shape product strategy and negotiate terms that balance cost, quality, and schedule. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of procurement and product delivery, offering meaningful impact on efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics with procurement or commodity management experience
- Experience in Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain
- English and Italian fluent, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude towards change and embracing challenges
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Willingness to travel
