Our client, a leading international company operating in the Trade Fair Business, is currently looking for the:

Areas of responsibilities

Manage full country operations and hold complete P&L; and personnel responsibility

Steer, execute, and optimize exhibition activities at both local and international levels

Deliver regular reporting to the holding company and prepare executive documentation for shareholder meetings

Oversee the preparation of the strategic business plan, annual budgets, and year-end closings

Drive new business development and spearhead local M&A; activities to expand the company's footprint

Requirements

Degree

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience within the trade fair / exhibition industry

Strong background in sales, trade fair organization, and sales representative management

Proven track record in staff management, team motivation, and leadership

Strong entrepreneurial thinking, decisive judgment, and high strategic capabilities

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus

Desire and motivation for a long-term professional engagement
