Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and deploy global process and equipment standards to improve reliability and performance of Aero Alliance manufacturing assets. You’ll analyze data, drive standardization, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to reduce cost and enhance processes. You will introduce new technology, support asset transfers and process introductions, and coach a network of factory manufacturing engineers. Expect to work on lean‑driven improvements that deliver SQDC outcomes and foster an inclusive, continuous‑improvement culture.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes and define global standards across Aero Alliance factories
Establish and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including maintenance plans, calibrations, and spare parts strategy
Validate engineering specifications and ensure proper shop floor application of new processes across cross‑functional teams
Collaborate on development of new repair processes and qualifications with various stakeholders
Implement reliability improvements using FMEA and RCA methodologies
Design and execute preventive/predictive programs with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve quality processes
Lead investigations into failures and implement robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Provide technical support for asset management, including life cycle analysis and spare parts optimization
Train local factory manufacturing engineers to deepen process and equipment expertise
Involve in design and installation of new equipment with reliability considerations (DFR)
Interpret business challenges and propose best practices; monitor industry trends
Make decisions on complex tasks with cross‑functional input and propose new solutions
Lead functional teams or projects with limited resources; influence stakeholders
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in related field
7+ years of industrial/manufacturing or quality experience (US)
5+ years in a technical manufacturing/engineering role with Aeroderivative, Aircraft Engine, or Gas Turbine Testing and Balancing expertise (US)
Strong engineering and quality process knowledge
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
Project management experience
