The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers — including hospitals, universities, medical societies, and distributors — into long-term UpSurgeOn partners. The role combines proactive outbound sales activity with relationship management of existing accounts, contributing directly to the company's international commercial expansion.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments (hospitals, universities, medical training centers, distributors).

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders.





Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations of UpSurgeOn's simulation and AR/VR training solutions to clinical and academic audiences.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Sales Manager.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to convert qualified leads and provide field feedback to refine positioning and messaging.

Support participation in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events, representing UpSurgeOn's brand and products.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, feeding insights back to the commercial and product teams.

Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and support contract negotiation in coordination with management.
