Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting processes across cycles with accuracy and timeliness

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders and shareholders

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and actionable insights





Support shareholder reporting materials and board-level presentations

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align financial performance with business strategy

Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies

Monitor budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities

Contribute to strategic planning via robust financial modelling and scenario analysis

Support internal and external audits with thorough documentation

Translate financial data for English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

Qualifications

4+ years of professional finance experience in an international company

Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis

Experience with shareholder reporting and exposure to executive-level stakeholders

Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) written and spoken

Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools

Solid understanding of international financial standards
