AI Lead Product Manager - Data – Dedalus – Milan, or any of our European locations.

Join a leading healthcare technology company focused on making care safer, better, and more reliable. In this senior leadership role you will own and drive the strategy and execution of our AI‑powered Health Data Products portfolio, spanning clinical, genomic, and operational data.

Responsibilities

- Define and own the global product strategy and roadmap for AI‑powered Health Data Products across clinical, genomic, and operational data domains.
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with executive stakeholders across clinical, commercial, and technical functions to align on priorities and ensure product‑market fit.
- Champion a data‑driven approach to product decision‑making, OKRs, and KPIs to measure tangible impact for customers.
- Engage directly with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI‑driven improvement.
- Ensure each product in the portfolio is supported by a business case.
- Support identification and evaluation of third‑party solutions, AI vendors, and integration partners relevant to the HIS space.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR).
- Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to relevant stakeholders.




- Oversee cross‑portfolio dependencies and integration points across the portfolio and liaise with Leads for Health Information and Diagnostics product lines.
- Represent the health data product agenda within Dedalus and to partners and customers.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business.
- 5+ years of product management experience with data‑intensive AI products in healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring product managers; ability to build team capability and culture.
- Strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical application to health data pipelines and analytics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and align at all organisational levels across multiple geographies.
- Track record of defining and delivering complex, multi‑domain product roadmaps from strategy through to execution.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, governance frameworks, and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.

Desirable Requirements

- Experience with AI‑native organisations and modern product development practices (agile, continuous discovery, experimentation frameworks).
- Familiarity with large‑scale health data platforms, data lakes, or federated learning architectures.
- Exposure to real‑world evidence generation, population health analytics, or value‑based care initiatives.
- Experience navigating AI regulatory requirements as applied to healthcare data products.
