As Site Supervisor you oversee on-site wind turbine installation activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress. You work with the Site Manager, Logistics, Purchasing, and subcontractors to supervise lifting operations, turbine preparation, and in-tower work across Vestas wind parks. You report on safety, cost planning, and deviations while guiding non-conformities and punch-list creation. This role blends hands‑on field leadership with cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑growing, international wind energy environment.

Responsabilità

- High school degree with 2–3 years in construction management or equivalent
- 1–2 years of site and team management experience
- Knowledge of safety procedures, delivery procedures, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs; ability to read technical documents
- Experience or familiarity with wind sector; additional value if previously in wind projects
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain safety and manage crises; leadership and team‑building abilities
- Ability to prioritize under stress
