Role Summary
This is a pivotal role where you’ll build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with our merchants. You’ll be the key to understanding their experience, gathering feedback, and working with internal teams to shape the future of our product. By ensuring merchants get the best service, you’ll directly contribute to their success and ours.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with merchants, making their partnership a priority.

Spend time with partners to train their teams, listen to feedback, and identify key issues to improve the merchant experience.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth in‑life management of merchants.

Analyze internal data to proactively identify merchants who may need support or intervention.

Qualifications

Background in customer operations, inside sales, support,



or success, ideally in a fast‑paced, tech‑focused environment.

Excellent listening and empathy skills, with the ability to understand and connect with customers.

Comfort with ambiguity and a desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where independent thinking is valued over rigid processes.

Salary & Benefits
In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026, the minimum initial gross annual salary (RAL, distributed over 14 monthly instalments) for this advertised position is €35,000. Meal vouchers will be provided and the position is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
