RealAdvisor is seeking a hands-on Country Manager to scale our Italian market. You will own the strategy, revenue growth, and P&L;, while building and leading a local sales team (SDRs, BDRs, CSMs).
You’ll work cross-functionally with HQ to align marketing, product, and finance, and drive profitability in a fast-growing environment. Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years in SaaS or digital products sales, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record of launching or scaling markets.
