About the Role

As an AI Engineer at Nivara, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI models that address complex, real-world challenges. You will work on pushing the boundaries of generative AI, building scalable and innovative solutions that enhance our platform’s predictive automation capabilities. What Success Looks Like

- Lead the design, development, and training of custom AI models that tackle previously unsolvable problems, advancing Nivara’s technology at the cutting edge of privacy and generative AI.
- Lead the integration of these models into our platform, enhancing our ability to deliver transformative, privacy-focused AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product gaps and opportunities for innovation based on customer feedback and industry developments.




- Serve as a technical leader within the team, guiding the direction of Nivara's AI development efforts.

What You Will Do

- Build and train bespoke models for innovative solutions that maximize business impact and drive technological advancement.
- Proactively identify gaps in Nivara’s AI capabilities and provide high-quality, actionable recommendations to enhance products and solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, documentation, and the creation of tools that scale AI model customization across the organization.
- Act as a bridge between Applied Research, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration across departments.

What Sets You Up for Success

- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in probability, statistics, algorithms, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Keras.
- Strong software engineering skills, including data structures, data modeling, and proficiency in Python, Java, or R.
- Proven experience leading complex AI projects and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and adaptive learning abilities in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

Nice to Have

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on AI model customization and deployment.




- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
