Experteer Overview

In this role you will own a strategic portfolio of Italy’s major enterprise accounts, promoting a unified Identity Security platform built around intelligent privilege controls and Zero Trust. You’ll guide C-level stakeholders through platform value, align with partner ecosystems, and drive multi-stakeholder deals from pipeline to close. The position focuses on modernizing identity and access, with a strong emphasis on regulatory-driven selling and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role for shaping identity security adoption at scale.

- Lead and grow a portfolio of major enterprise accounts in Italy, managing the sales process from pipeline to close
- Position the Platform-First Identity Security solution to executives, driving adoption across PAM, Secrets Management, Workforce/Customer Access, and MIS
- Leverage regulatory drivers (e.g., NIS2, DORA)



to position compliant, value-driven solutions
- Collaborate with local distribution, GSI, and alliances to accelerate pipeline and expand logos
- Guide customers through SaaS modernisation, frictionless self-service updates, and tenant-based license delivery

Responsabilità

- Proven, referenceable track record in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software sales in Italy
- Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, Secrets Management, or Zero Trust frameworks
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives (CISO, CIO, CTO, Risk Officers)
- Experience co-selling with global SIs, regional partners, and technology alliances
- Strong territory planning, forecasting, and structured sales execution
