Overview

Experteer Overview: In this role, you drive revenue growth for Bio-Techne’s portfolio across an assigned northern Italy territory, partnering with Sales Support, Sales Specialists, and Marketing. You will grow new and existing business among academic, biotech, CROs and industry customers, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities. The role blends market insight, customer engagement, and commercial discipline to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a clear focus on impact and scope of influence.

- Promote Bio-Techne solutions to academic, biotech, CROs and industrial customers
- Develop prospecting and customer loyalty actions and tailor offers
- Negotiate prices, framework contracts, and commercial terms
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation, pricing, and contracts
- Build long-term customer relationships and perform on-site visits in the territory
- Implement sales and marketing plans aligned with strategy and manage customer data in SFDC
- Provide sales forecasts, reports,



and conduct performance analysis
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and address service issues
- Participate in events, trade fairs, and on-site demonstrations
- Develop and execute a structured prospecting plan based on market analysis

Responsabilità

- Bachelor or Master in Life Sciences or related field
- Experience in a sales-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (SFDC preferred)
- Ability to track ROI and KPIs
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Professional working English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure in a performance-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships
