You will define strategies that align with global processes and drive continuous improvement across product development. You'll oversee a team, manage external design outsourcing, and foster cross-functional collaboration to boost innovation. Responsabilità Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Extensive experience in R&D; and/or Design in structured companies
Expert user of 3D CAD systems (PTC Creo)
Project management experience with cost and deadline objectives
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers
Knowledge of competitive products
Knowledge of technologies for Platform Products
Knowledge of SPG
Knowledge of BOM management in ERP systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
English fluency (minimum CEFR B2)
