Offer Description The research project focuses on the post-transcriptional regulation of cyclins and CDKs and their localization within human cells. The activity will specifically involve:

Generation of cell lines using CRISPR-Cas9 or similar technologies.

Measurement of protein turnover and localization of tagged genes using live-cell microscopy. xkiyazw

Analysis of the resulting data and their publication.
