Experteer Overview As a member of the Engineering Department's Technical Software Tools team, you will drive digital solutions and data-driven improvements across the business. You will design scalable applications, support ERP-related data projects, and monitor solution performance to enable ongoing optimization. The role sits at the intersection of process redesign and digital transformation, collaborating with international teams to meet quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards. Retribuzione / Benefits Contribute to process redesign and enhancement
Provide cross?functional support to introduce digital solutions
Support data management and process improvement, including user training
Monitor, analyze, and improve performance of digital solutions
Design and develop digital applications and dashboards aligned with business needs

Responsabilità Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling
Hands?on experience with SQL Server (querying and data manipulation)
Solid data analysis skills for complex datasets and data-driven decisions
Experience with ERP environments; SAP familiarity is a plus
Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data processing
Understanding of data flows and data architecture in industrial/engineering settings
3–5 years in process improvement, data analysis, or digital solutions implementation
Ability to work independently and drive results
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel and work with international teams
