Founding Brand & Social Content Lead FashionAbout SANCLI
SANCLI is an emerging Made in Italy fashion and lifestyle brand inspired by travel, destinations and modern Mediterranean luxury.
More than a clothing label, SANCLI is being built as a distinctive world: refined yet emotionally engaging, elevated without feeling cold, and rooted in arriving somewhere unforgettable.
Our ambition is to create an international brand defined by exceptional destinations, thoughtful design and a modern approach to leisure. As others built communities around fitness or wellness, SANCLI is building its universe around travel, destination living and the emotions people seek when away.
Launching in March 2027, SANCLI is already developing its products, creative direction, packaging and positioning. We are now looking for the right person to turn this vision into a clear, recognisable and aspirational social presence and help shape how it is presented to the world.
About the Role
SANCLI is looking for a Founding Brand & Social Content Lead who can deeply understand the founder’s vision and translate it into a distinctive social, editorial and cultural presence.
This is not a traditional social media management role centred mainly around scheduling posts, replying to comments or following short-lived trends.
We are looking for someone who can take a growing collection of ideas, references, products, destinations, emotions and long-term ambitions and turn them into a coherent creative system.
The right person will help define:
What SANCLI should look and feel like online
How the brand should speak and what stories it should tell
Which content formats it should own
How products, destinations and lifestyle should come together
How to create desire before and during launch
How to build consistency without becoming repetitive
How to make SANCLI feel like a complete world rather than simply another fashion account You will work closely with the founder, who is highly involved in the creative and strategic direction of the brand. You should be comfortable listening carefully, asking intelligent questions, challenging ideas when necessary and transforming an evolving vision into clear concepts and executable content.
Your role is to understand the Founder vision, sharpen it, elevate it and help communicate it with precision.
Engagement Structure The role will begin as a paid, tempo parziale freelance engagement on a monthly retainer hourly based.
The initial phase will not require high-volume daily posting. It will be intentionally focused on building the strategic and creative foundations required for a strong launch.
This may include brand immersion, content strategy, social positioning, creative concepts, visual references, recurring formats, editorial planning and pre-launch preparation.
The workload and level of responsibility are expected to increase progressively as SANCLI approaches launch and begins producing and publishing content at a higher frequency.
This is a remote role, with regular strategy calls and direct communication with the founder. Availability for occasional shoots, production support or in-person creative sessions may become valuable depending on location and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Translate the founder’s vision into a recognisable social and editorial language
Define social media content pillars, recurring formats and storytelling themes
Develop the tone of voice across captions, campaign copy and brand-led storytelling
Build a structured pre-launch,
launch and post-launch content roadmap
Create monthly content calendars aligned with product, campaign and business priorities
Develop moodboards, visual references and original campaign concepts
Create clear creative briefs for photographers, videographers, editors, graphic designers, creators and other external partners
Help shape how SANCLI combines fashion, travel, destinations, hospitality, culture and lifestyle
Support the development of campaign narratives rather than simply producing disconnected posts
Identify opportunities for founder-led, product-led and world-building content
Maintain consistency across Instagram, TikTok and future digital platforms
Contribute ideas for launches, collaborations, partnerships and culturally relevant moments
Help coordinate content production when required
Review content performance and audience response as publishing activity increases
Use data as a tool for improvement without allowing algorithms to dilute the brand identity
Help create systems that can later be scaled across a wider creative and marketing team The First Phase
During the first stage of the collaboration, the focus may include:
Understanding the SANCLI brand vision and existing creative direction
Reviewing current references, products, packaging and visual assets
Defining the brand’s social media positioning
Creating a clear content architecture
Establishing content pillars and repeatable formats
Developing an editorial tone of voice
Creating a pre-launch storytelling plan
Building a visual and cultural reference library
Identifying the content that must be produced before launch
Preparing photography, video and campaign briefs
Creating a realistic production and publishing timeline
Establishing a system that allows the brand to remain consistent as activity grows
We do not want to arrive one month before launch still deciding what SANCLI should say or how it should look. The purpose of hiring at this stage is to build the foundation properly, test ideas early and ensure that the brand is prepared well before it enters the market.
Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate combines exceptional taste, strategic thinking and practical execution.
You may come from social media, brand strategy, content, editorial, fashion, hospitality, travel or creative production. Your exact job title matters less than your ability to understand the assignment and deliver work at a high standard.
You should have
Strong visual judgment and a highly developed sense of taste A clear understanding of fashion, luxury, travel, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands The ability to understand an early-stage vision and turn it into a clear creative system
Strong storytelling, editorial and copywriting instincts A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and evolving content formats
Experience developing content strategies, campaign concepts or editorial calendars The ability to create strong moodboards and communicate ideas visually The ability to distinguish between genuine brand building and content created only to chase reach
Strong organisation,
communication and independent working skills The confidence to contribute original ideas while understanding and protecting the core brand vision The ability to work directly with a highly involved founder The maturity to receive direct feedback and improve work without becoming defensive A high level of attention to detail and consistency The ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools or comparable platforms is requested.
Relevant experience in fashion, luxury, travel, hospitality, media or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred.
This Role May Not Be Right for You If
You are mainly looking for a role based on scheduling posts and community management
Your approach is to copy trends without considering whether they strengthen the brand
You require a fully established company, large team and fixed systems before you can contribute
You prefer receiving complete instructions rather than helping build the direction
You are more interested in producing a high quantity of content than creating a distinctive brand presence
You are uncomfortable working closely with a founder or receiving detailed creative feedback
You cannot clearly explain why a piece of content is strategically or creatively right for the brand A Long-Term Opportunity
SANCLI is being built to become an enduring international fashion and lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate will be excited not only by the immediate scope, but by the opportunity to join early and help build it from the ground up.
We are looking for someone who sees value in arriving before the larger team, recognition and systems are in place. Someone who consistently demonstrates exceptional judgment, execution and alignment may take on greater creative ownership and grow into a central leadership role within SANCLI.
The goal is not to hire a content manager for a few months, but to find someone who could become an important part of SANCLI’s creative journey over the next five to ten years. That growth will be earned through performance, trust, consistency and contribution.
For the right person, this is a chance to build the foundations now and grow with SANCLI as its team and global presence expand.
Compensation
This is a paid freelance position structured through a monthly retainer.
Compensation will be based on experience, portfolio quality, availability and the agreed monthly scope of work.
As the workload and responsibilities increase, the retainer and structure of the role may be reviewed How to Apply
Please include
Your résumé or LinkedIn profile A portfolio or relevant examples of previous work A short introduction explaining why this opportunity interests you A brief explanation of how you would translate SANCLI’s positioning—Mediterranean travel and destination leisure expressed through a refined Made in Italy fashion brand—into a distinctive social media world
Three fashion, travel, hospitality or lifestyle brands whose social presence you consider genuinely distinctive, with a short explanation of why An example of a brand, campaign or social account you believe looks visually attractive but lacks a strong or coherent identity
Your current availability and expected monthly retainer range. Please do not send a generic application. We are particularly interested in understanding how you think, what you notice and whether you genuinely connect with the direction of the brand.
