As Enterprise Account Executive for Telco in Italy, you will drive growth with a consultative approach across strategic telecom accounts. You will build account plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and influence C-suite stakeholders to unlock the full Salesforce platform. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and customer value, helping customers accelerate digital transformation. You'll work with a high-performing team to scale revenue and shape long-term partnerships in the Italian market.
Build and manage strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives for defined Telco accounts in Italy
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Partners)




Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers to drive satisfaction and revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory through proactive prospecting and pipeline development
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling to Telco accounts
Proven track record of quota attainment and net new business in the Italian market
Strong sales forecasting skills and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
