HR Director (MV - HR - 26)
The candidate we are looking for will lead the people strategy to enable business performance and sustainable growth. As a member of the management team, the role ensures that structure, culture, and capabilities support current and future business needs.
The main responsibilities will be: Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives Build a high-performing culture that feels authentically Italian while remaining deeply rooted in the company's global identity.



Drive workforce and succession planning to secure future competencies Support and challenge leadership as a strategic HR partner Ensure effective talent attraction, development, and retention Lead organizational development and digital transformation Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations (labor law, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits) Lead, coach, and develop the HR and Health & Safety teams Promote a safe, high-performance, and values-driven culture
Required Knowledge and Experience: Higher education in HR, Business, or equivalent experience Senior HR leadership experience in a complex organization Expertise in managing labor relations and union dynamics Strong business understanding (B2B/industrial environment preferred) Fluent in English and Italian.

Workplace: Trento, with required availability to travel within Italy and occasionally attend international meetings.
