Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of control measures in R&D; settings
Build and enforce safety protocols that comply with OSHA regulations and industry best practices
Lead incident investigations to uncover root causes and implement corrective actions that prevent future occurrences
Cultivate a proactive safety culture through training programs, employee engagement, and recognition of safe practices
