Salary: 3,800 BGN gross; primarily email and chat support (95%)
Sign‑On Premio: 500 BGN gross for all successful German hires joining the project on 17th February
Training and Onboarding: 2 weeks of training
1 week of nesting
Additional Information: Contract Types: CDI (permanent) or ANAPEC (for those inexperienced candidates).

Job Description: Join our customer service team providing top‑tier support via email and chat. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers in German and English, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries mainly through email and chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.




Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements: Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in email and chat customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle demanding workloads.
