Join Leonardo as an Engineering Planner within the E&I; Planning, Control & Performance Analysis team in Cascina Costa. You will plan, monitor, and coordinate engineering activities to help meet program objectives in schedule, cost, and quality. You will work with Heads of Technical Areas to align plans, monitor progress, analyze variances, and identify risks, proposing recovery actions. This role spans cross-functional, international programs, leveraging your planning expertise to optimize project performance and ensure baselines are executed. You will operate in a dynamic, technology-driven environment contributing to major aerospace and defense programs with a strong focus on collaboration

Provide planning, budgeting, and performance analysis support
Aggregate demand requests and align platform/program plans with Technical Area/Discipline plans




Monitor and forecast program/platform planning and conduct schedule/cost variance analyses
Identify critical paths and potential issues; manage saturation or plan unfeasibility
Propose recovery actions and report risks to E&I; Planning, Control & Performance Analysis Management
Ensure execution of agreed Baselines within Technical Area/Discipline
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with project planning and scheduling methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with MS Office suite
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good command of English (written and spoken)
