Welcome the customer, analyze his request, detect their expectations for assertive advice. Present the history of the brand and explain the characteristics and specificities of the products. Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs,



making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement. Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout. Carry out product exchanges, cleaning of your department, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed. Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager. Some of the skills needed for this role are Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service. Commitment to drive sales growth. Customer relationship and sales loyalty. 2/3 years' experience in trade. A first experience in Cosmetics/Beauty/Fragrances would be a plus.
