Within the "Corporate Audit" area of the Group Internal Audit unit, we are looking for a Junior Auditor for the Rome office.
The resource will be responsible for the following activities: Conducting audit activities aimed at evaluating the adequacy of the Internal Control and Risk Management System (effectiveness and efficiency)



related to different company processes; Performing subsequent monitoring activities of action plans; Collaborating in the evaluation and analysis of the Company's regulatory framework, providing ideas for its efficiency; Supporting the risk assessment activity preparatory to defining the three-year Audit Plan proposal; Using support software for audit activities, including the dedicated tool (Team Mate+).
Education Degree in engineering, economic, scientific subjects Seniority Junior (at least 2/3 years of experience in similar activities) Basic technical knowledge and skills Internal Control and Risk Management Systems and main references; Knowledge of Audit Methodologies and reference standards (IIA); Knowledge of Company-related regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree ******, Legislative Decree *****); Knowledge of accounting principles; Technical skills; Risk analysis and management methodologies.
Behavioral skills confidentiality and integrity; proactivity; communication skills; data analysis, analytical thinking, and synthesis skills; interpersonal skills; flexibility; problem solving; teamwork.
Language skills Excellent knowledge of the English language.
