This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership with financial planning, business performance analysis and strategic decision-making across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the group's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.Produce high-quality management reporting for senior stakeholders.Partner closely with functions including Sales, Operations and HR to support commercial and operational decision-making.Drive continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, planning systems and BI reporting tools.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting,
