Job Description
The next Operations Director reporting to the CEO, will be responsible of the following activities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability across all departments.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and full alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Directly coordinate and manage four functional leaders (Production, Machining, Procurement, and Planning), fostering cross-functional integration and managerial development across a workforce of 100+ headcount.
Design and implement robust operational processes and gold practices, with a strong focus on control, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with C-suite executives to drive business growth, profitability, and organizational performance.
Monitor and analyze operational and industrial KPIs, optimizing resource allocation and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, promoting a culture centered on performance, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to meet operational and strategic goals.
Analyze financial and operational results,



identifying improvement opportunities and proposing concrete actions to enhance profitability and growth.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, embedding efficiency and innovation at all levels.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate brings a solid educational foundation in engineering, management, or a related discipline, complemented by proven expertise in the assembly of complex systems gained through hands-on experience in made to order machines.
This background is reinforced by a strong track record in managing both operational and strategic initiatives, along with a comprehensive understanding of compliance and quality requirements.
A results-oriented mindset drives the ability to achieve business targets, supported by strong financial acumen and practical experience in budget management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders further complete the profile.
What's on Offer
Competitive annual salary ranging from €100,000 to €110,000.
