As Legal Counsel in Milan, you lead the Italian legal function, providing business-focused legal support across the organization. You will manage contracting, disputes, claims and insurance, and support compliance, governance and health & safety efforts. You will work with cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory obligations in logistics, licensing and certifications, and coordinate with external counsel. Retribuzione / Benefits Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in Italian and English across transport, logistics, outsourcing, real estate, insurance and intra-group services Manage liability allocation, indemnities, penalties, service levels and insurance coverage in contracts Coordinate litigation and pre-litigation activities, including settlements, debt recovery and insolvency matters Oversee claims and insurance processes, including assessment, recovery and settlement with internal and external stakeholders Support health & safety management and audits under Italian Decree *******, including documentation flows and compliance checks Assist with regulatory compliance checks across civil, criminal, administrative, privacy,
