At Fedrigoni, we are looking for a Cyber Security leader to drive and coordinate advanced cybersecurity initiatives across the Group.
Responsibilities Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.
Drive high?priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring coordination with the IT team, other functional areas, and suppliers.
Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on?premises and cloud environments.
Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks.
Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators.
Collaborate with IT and Business teams to embed security by design in new projects.
Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
Qualifications Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field.




At least 4 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, preferably in international environments or consulting.
Strong time?management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with security?by?design methodologies, security architectures and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP ******, ISO*****, ISO***** and risk management.
Familiarity with security tools and technologies: NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti?SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM.
Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest Cyber Security trends and best practices.
Relevant professional certifications (ISO*****, ISO*****, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Location Verona.
