Primary goals for this role include:
Develop and optimize production processes
Develop and optimize production layout
Draw up/ update process documents (work instructions, Bill of Material, Lay-out, Visual Standard)
Manage cost and time constraints
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
Implementation of lean manufacturing principles
What you need to succeed
To be successful in the role we are looking for:
Mechanical/Electric/Industrial Engineering degree
Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience on Lean Project
Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and electric wiring
2D e 3D CAD competences
Previous experience in process or manufacturing engineering
Good English spoken and written
