The ETI assessment is the evaluation of the risk of a thermal incident for all electric and electronic components, the wiring harness and their installation in the vehicle.MAIN ACTIVITIESDesign PhaseEnsure ETI validation on electrical and electronic components in cooperation with dedicated people in the team.Support digital analysis on wiring harness routing to ensure best practices are applied and ETI risk eliminated in cooperation with Packaging/CCP/wiring harness DREEscalate blocking point to align with the expectationsPrepare and release ETI assessment report for each milestone of the processExecute ETI physical check in the production plant to confirm digital analysis (GEMBA WALKS)Contribute to Safety assessment for any deviation observedEscalate blocking point to align with the expectationsPrepare and release ETI assessment report for each milestone of the processSerial LifeSupport plant PQE (Plant Quality Engineering)
and RQDV (Routings Quality Design & Validation - former CCP) in the proper risk assessment of serial life issuesParticipate to recurrent GEMBA WALK in the assigned plantsContribute to the improvement of ETI assessment process and design standard through lesson learned process.Support in ETI Field and ETI Laboratory analysisREQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATION: University Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive Engineering or Electrical/Electronics High School DiplomaSOFT SKILLS:Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of French is considered a strong plusCritical/analytic thinkingCross functional/international team interactionsProject/priority managementProblem solvingProactivity, Target driven, self-motivated, self-confidence and open mindedTECHINCAL SKILLS3-5 years of experience in Automotive IndustryBEV-HEV systemsAutomotive Manufacturing process basicsAvailability for short trips in Italy and EuropeDedicated training will cover ETI specific knowledge.OfferSalary range: from 38.000€ to 44.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
