Experteer Overview As Manager, Commercial Operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, you will oversee contracting across the EMEA region, collaborating with Legal, Sales, Project Execution, and executive stakeholders. You will negotiate, review, and manage contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regional and global standards. You will guide contract lifecycles, monitor milestones, and address risks to support business development and project delivery. This role offers impact by shaping regional contracting strategy and maintaining strong governance across complex projects at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate with legal to draft, negotiate, and review contracts with clients, partners, and subcontractors in the EMEA region
Manage the full contracting lifecycle for third-party sales and projects in partnership with internal teams and external partners
Work with project managers to set and track timelines and contractual milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve contractual or operational issues during project execution
Monitor contract performance and proactively address risks or delays to align with client expectations
Support business development by managing contracting requirements for the EMEA market
Ensure compliance and enforce contractual obligations across internal and external parties
Coordinate with legal and PM teams to resolve disputes and enforce remedies
Provide regular contract status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency
Administer the enterprise contracts management platform for EMEA, including intake, deadlines, renewals, reporting, and file maintenance
Train staff in the EMEA region on the contracts platform and compliance requirements
Revise standard sales and procurement terms to reflect current EMEA market and regulatory needs
Analyze complex RFPs and responses to identify risks and specify terms for regional procurement
Maintain communication with senior management to align strategies with Anaergia's objectives in EMEA
Engage with customers, suppliers, and public agency executives to negotiate and manage key agreements
Ensure safety and health standards compliance in EMEA contracts
Enforce the Supplier Code of Conduct and adapt policies to EMEA regulatory needs
Understand international operations, agreements, and various legal systems
Demonstrate integrity, follow company policies, and independently resolve issues with proactive problem-solving
Responsabilità Extensive experience negotiating contracts in engineering, construction, or energy sectors with government contracting and project financing in EMEA
Deep knowledge of the subcontracting lifecycle and regional regulatory alignment
Ability to analyze complex RFPs, assess risks, and tailor contractual guidelines for EMEA
Track record of collaborating with senior management and executive customers, suppliers, and public agencies
Strong understanding of safety and health standards and compliance in contract development
Experience enforcing Supplier Code of Conduct and adapting policies to EMEA laws
Familiarity with international operations and different legal systems
Proven integrity and adherence to company policies
Creative problem-solving within legal and policy boundaries
Capacity to lead issue resolution independently
