Act as a key part of the Building Services Engineering Senior Team, leading multidisciplinary projects and mentoring other engineers
Serve as project lead engineer,



managing the service scope and interfacing directly with the client team
Liaise with clients to set design ambitions and coordinate mechanical requirements and their project impacts
Sound knowledge in mechanical engineering fundamentals
Bachelor or Master in Mechanical/Building/Energy Engineering
Ability to lead and manage the design process from concept to construction
Experience with Data Center and/or Industrial buildings projects
10+ years' experience in design of mechanical systems
Experience with BIM environment using Revit; parametric design knowledge beneficial
Knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
Motivated, proactive, and open to new challenges
