Senior Application Service Desk Specialist
Mediatica Digital, leader in digital transformation for large public and private companies, is looking for a Senior Application Service Desk Specialist to join an international, highly structured enterprise context.
Qualified candidates should have a university degree and a minimum of five years of experience in the role.
Fundamental Competencies Required
English fluently (written and spoken)
ITIL and ServiceNow
Experience with application licenses (Flex/Sentinel)
Experience with Active Directory and user profile management
Main Activities
Provide second-level support on corporate applications
Analyze incoming tickets and identify the most effective solutions
Administer and monitor correct use of software licenses
Manage user accounts, authorizations, and system access
Ensure monitoring and progress of requests in accordance with service standards
Collaborate with internal and external specialist groups on complex cases




Escalate to appropriate support tiers when necessary, ensuring follow?up until closure
Work Location
Hybrid: 4 days remote + 1 day onsite.
Contractual Information
CCNL BPO Digital – Fixed?term contract.
Salary: starting from €30,000, potentially increasing based on seniority, experience, and technical skills demonstrated during selection. Includes benefits and expense reimbursements.
