Experteer Overview In this role you lead DBS operations at the Milan campus, coordinating Italy and Turkey across Employee Document Services, logistics, and related support. You will manage on-site teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and SLA adherence. You'll drive continuous improvement, risk governance, and cross-regional initiatives within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers broad impact on how services are delivered for DBS across the EMEA region.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide day-to-day operational leadership for DBS services (Employee Document Services, Logistics and Warehousing, Transportation, Supplies & Merchandise).
Manage on-site teams with staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues, risks, and service delivery challenges.
Ensure SLA compliance, quality standards, and procedures are followed.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor KPIs and contractual requirements.
Collaborate with internal clients to understand service needs and drive delivery improvements.




Maintain governance and control frameworks including risk, incident management, and escalation.
Monitor, analyze and report key operational metrics for decision-making.
Lead regional initiatives, projects, and service enhancements across the EMEA DBS model.
Promote an inclusive, professional, client-focused work environment.
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years in a leadership role with people management
Strong English and Italian.
Experience managing operational service teams in production or services
Knowledge of print technologies, scanning, mail & courier services
Experience managing vendors and outsourced providers
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client engagement
Proven ability to manage change and drive process improvement
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
