The Role

As an AI Product Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for users within our major Italian partner organization. This is a fully remote position that requires a disciplined approach to technical troubleshooting and a healthy skepticism of automated outputs. You will work closely with our senior principals to bridge the gap between complex AI models and the daily operations of the client.

Your focus is not just on fixing bugs,



but on understanding why a tool might be giving a specific answer and helping users navigate the logic of the system. This is an entry level role, so we expect a high volume of learning and a commitment to accuracy. You will spend your day ensuring that the data going into the system is clean and that the results coming out are explained clearly to the people who need them.

What You Will Be

Doing

Responding to user inquiries regarding AI tool functionality and data entry requirements via email and messaging platforms.

Testing software updates to ensure new features align with the financial models we have built for the client.

Documenting recurring technical issues and identifying patterns in user behavior or data errors that need addressing.

Collaborating with the technical team to clarify how specific AI outputs were calculated for the client to ensure transparency.

Translating technical documentation and release notes into simple guides for non technical business users.

Monitoring data inputs for consistency to prevent errors in the final economic analysis produced by the software.

Assisting with the setup of new user accounts and managing access levels across different departments within the partner firm.

Gathering direct feedback from users to suggest practical improvements to the interface or the overall workflow.

What You

Bring A bachelor degree in a field like Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a similar analytical discipline.

An interest in how artificial intelligence can be used to improve commercial decision making and financial reporting.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to people with different backgrounds and seniority levels.





A curious mindset that leads you to investigate why a system is behaving in a certain way rather than just following a manual.

Familiarity with spreadsheet tools like Excel and a basic understanding of how software support systems function.

High attention to detail, especially when reviewing large data sets or technical instructions for accuracy.

The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a fully remote setting.

A professional and helpful attitude when dealing with user frustration or complex technical confusion.
