Job Description Key Responsibilities: Support all accounting activities for our italian operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting according to both local and group standards.
Support the review, and analysis of financial information, assisting in making necessary corrections and adjustments.
Support and assist monthly and annual financial closings.
Assist the intercompany transactions, ensuring reconciliation between entities.
Contribute to process improvements by strengthening and documenting existing financial procedures, automating repetitive tasks to focus on high-value activities.
Support internal audits and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Your Profile: Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting (e.g., MSc in Finance, CCA, or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Accountant, ideally within an international organization or previous experience in audit (Big Four) for at least 2-3 years .
Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.




Strong knowledge of reporting tools, including Excel (Google Sheets is a plus).
Experience with accounting software (Oracle or similar) and proficiency in year-end closing, VAT, and tax reporting.
Detail-oriented, methodical, and analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking on large-scale responsibilities.
Additional Information Place of work : Milano, Via Perin del Vaga 2, ***** Shifts include a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 09:*****:00.
