Your role:
You will be fully integrated into the project team and work closely with the Social Media Manager and Project Manager. At the heart of the client relationship, you will help imagine, edit and deliver engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn, while ensuring consistency with the brands’ visual identities and social media objectives.
Your missions:
- Edit short-form content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Adapt campaign assets into engaging social media formats
- Create motion graphics, titles and dynamic edits
- Support the Social Media Manager in developing visual concepts and content ideas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and editorial discussions
- Produce moodboards, references and visual research
- Monitor fashion, luxury and social media trends
- Apply social media best practices in terms of format, rhythm, storytelling and readability
- Work closely with the project team to respond to client feedback and deadlines
- Deliver high-quality content while managing several requests simultaneously
Internship details:
- Full-time internship
- Starting in September 2026
- Duration: 4 to 6 months
- Compensation in line with the applicable legal minimum
- Position based at the extreme offices in Milan, in the Missori district
Necessary technical skills:
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience editing vertical and social-first video content
- Understanding of social media pacing, storytelling and formats
- Motion design skills
- Basic colour grading and sound editing skills are appreciated
We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed one or two previous internships or professional experiences in a creative agency, social media agency, content production studio or in-house creative team
- Is passionate about luxury, fashion, culture and digital creativity
- Has a strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content
- Has an excellent visual eye and strong attention to detail
- Is curious, proactive and eager to experiment
- Enjoys working closely with project teams and clients
- Is organised, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Can balance creativity, precision and efficiency
Languages:
- Native Italian speaker - Professional English required - French is a strong plus
