- Supporto operativo alla rete commerciale italiana ed estera.
- Coordinamento con i reparti Logistica, Produzione e Amministrazione per garantire il corretto avanzamento degli ordini.
- Controllo e gestione delle giacenze a magazzino
- Monitoraggio e avanzamentodelle consegne, con relativa gestione di eventuali anomalie
- Attività di customer service per eventuali reclami/problematiche
- Predisposizione di report commerciali e aggiornamento dei dati a gestionale
- Supporto durante le campagne vendita

Profilo ideale

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.
- Gradita esperienza pregressa con gestionali come Just Fashion
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving.
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e gestione delle priorità.
