As Consumer Product Owner for Italy/France/Spain, you will define and drive the country's product strategy and performance within PayPal's consumer ecosystem. You will align cross?functional teams—product, design, engineering, and marketing—to deliver a cohesive, market?specific experience. You'll own growth levers, engagement, and revenue, translating global priorities into local initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape consumer experiences at scale in a globally connected payments platform.
Responsibilities
Design and steer the portfolio strategy for the identified country, translating analytics into local priorities
Coordinate hands?on execution of local and global cross?functional initiatives
Resolve strategy execution obstacles and guide change implementations
Align priorities with the global commercial product strategy
Identify opportunities and negotiate new partnerships




Engage with partners to improve relationships and operational efficiency
Define customized market/regional product and technology strategies
Oversee delivery of key product and platform infrastructures
Set strategic direction and roadmap to improve product experience and business metrics
8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven track record launching and scaling high-impact products in a matrixed organization
Experience influencing senior stakeholders xrdbqlu and partners to drive action
Demonstrated commercial success scaling a market segment in a global structure
Hands?on, proactive mindset with change agent capabilities
BA is required
