Experteer Overview As Digital Store E-Commerce Personalization Specialist, you own and optimize personalization across the Italian digital store and app to boost experience, conversions, and revenue. You'll collaborate with Digital Store, Content, and testing teams to plan calendars and tailor experiences. You'll scale test learnings with the Uniqodo platform for onsite campaigns and optimize key pages to hit category goals. You'll lead performance analysis and mentor the team, contributing to process improvements. This role offers impact across a fast-paced, multichannel environment with a strong focus on customer journeys.
Retribuzione / Benefits Own end-to-end personalization strategy, implementation, and quality control across digital stores to improve CX and commercial performance
Coordinate personalization calendars with Digital Store, Content, and A/B testing teams across local and international teams
Support scaling of successful tests into daily operations and Uniqodo voucher campaigns based on web promos or user behavior
Design personalization strategies for homepage, category pages, and app to drive sales and meet category goals
Ensure high-value,



personalized content across platforms tailored to customer segments
Act as final sign-off on personalization measures and analyze weekly test results to drive revenue growth
Mentor team members and contribute to process and strategy improvements
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
3–5 years in digital, multichannel, or e-commerce personalization roles
Proven hands?on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
Strong understanding of CRO, UX, and personalization across customer journey
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session Rate, Bounce Rate, CTR)
Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, and Excel; AEM experience is a plus
Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast?paced environment
Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
Native Italian and fluent English
