Within the HW Knowledge of the basic components of analog and digital circuits, in particular DC/DC converters, AC/DC converters, current sensing; Ability to select and size the stages of a complex power supply board based on system performance and the electrical characteristics of the components; Schematic creation and layout support; Debugging and testing of Power Supply boards; Debugging, analysis and architectural studies on power electronics structures; Creation of part of the documentation associated with the hardware development cycle.
In particular, the activities that the role entails will be: Analysis of System/Module requirements; Definition of detailed requirements for the HW Power Supply items to be developed; Drafting of specifications detailing the HW Power Supply operation; Development of Electronic Boards with Power electronics components and functionalities; Verification and Validation of the developed Hardware; Use of laboratory instrumentation for testing electronic boards; Creation of all documentation associated with the hardware development cycle; Release of all documentation foreseen by the HW development process; Coordination of collaborations with external suppliers; Project status reporting activities; Support for the integration of the board inserted in the upper system.
The high technological level of IDENTIFICATION products, as well as collaborations with the various Engineering and Production disciplines that contribute to the realization of the project, create a stimulating context that contributes to professionally enriching resources with the role of Hardware/Power Electronics Engineer.
Educational qualifications: Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Seniority Junior: 1-3 years of experience Expert: 3-5 years of experience Knowledge and technical skills Knowledge of the fundamentals of Power Supply and mixed analog/digital board design; Skills in the use of laboratory instrumentation for measurements on Power Supply boards; Skills in analog simulation; Knowledge of design methodologies and compilation of related documents; Behavioral skills: Proactivity; Ability to work in a team; Problem-solving attitude; Flexibility in dealing with topics outside one's domain of expertise Language skills Good knowledge of the English language (B2) Computer skills Office tools for standard document management, presentations and spreadsheet activities; Requirement management tools like Doors; Analog simulation tools Other The ideal candidate is available to carry out the work activity mainly on site and to make short/medium-term business trips, after adequate on-the-job training, in Italy and/or abroad.

How does the selection process work?
