Within the "Internal Audit Space" area of the Group Internal Audit Business Unit, we are looking for a Junior Auditor for the Rome - Via Tiburtina office.
The resource will be responsible for the following activities: Carry out audit activities aimed at evaluating the adequacy and functionality (effectiveness and efficiency) of processes, organizational structures and the internal control system; Manage, independently or in a team, the planning of activities, the execution of tests,



the preparation of the audit report and subsequent monitoring activities of action plans; Collaborate in the evaluation and analysis of the company's regulatory system, providing ideas for its efficiency; Support risk assessment activities preparatory to the definition of the three-year Audit Plan.
Education Degree in Engineering, in economic-scientific or legal subjects.
Seniority Junior with 2/3 years of experience.
Technical knowledge and skills Knowledge of the main processes in the corporate sphere (e.g. production, logistics, engineering, purchasing, program management, etc...) and related control systems; Process analysis and re-engineering; Knowledge of reference regulations (e.g. Legislative Decree ******, UNI EN ****, Legislative Decree *****, Law ******, ITAR, EAR, etc....); Audit methodologies and reference standards (IIA); Risk assessment Knowledge of accounting principles.
Behavioral skills Confidentiality and integrity; Proactivity and curiosity; Communication skills; Data analysis, analytical thinking and synthesis skills; Interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Problem solving; Team work.
Language skills Excellent knowledge of English.
Good knowledge of a second language: French, Spanish or German.
