What You Will Do Welcome guests and create engaging conversations to understand their needs and preferences Deliver a high-quality shopping experience, recommending products and promotions to drive sales Achieve individual and team targets (revenue, KPIs, conversion rate, average transaction value) Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are always well presented and available Support operational tasks such as restocking,



inventory management and handling deliveries Use POS systems efficiently to ensure accurate transactions and application of promotions Proactively manage guest feedback, ensuring fast and effective resolution Collaborate with the team to create a positive environment and maximize onboard revenue Who You Are Required Secondary school diploma (preferably in hospitality or tourism) At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work with KPIs English level B1 or higher to communicate with an international guest base Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with passion for sales and guest experience Team spirit, adaptability and positive attitude Nice to Have Additional European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at B1/B2 level Experience in multicultural environments Interest in retail trends, fashion and product knowledge Experience in luxury or guest service environments is a plus What We Offer Your life onboard International experience combining travel, personal development, and independence Travel
