Here below your responsibilities: /strong /pulliEnsure the receipt and inspection of materials on arrival at the site in terms of integrity, conformity and quantities, as per specifications/technical drawings, Purchase Orders and Packing Lists. Ensure the adequate handling, storage and preservation of materials, in accordance with the relevant procedures defined by vendors, clients and projects. Ensure the handover and traceability of materials /liliSupport in warehouse management, monitoring, and reporting activities, with a primary focus on warehouse accounting. Working closely on a day-to-day basis with the AFC Department (Administration, Finance Control), the resource will: /liliManage, with the support of corporate tools, the valuation of warehouse inventory items both for actual results and during the budgeting/forecasting process; br / /liliPrepare and maintain consolidated reports for management on a periodic basis (actuals and forecasts); br / /liliSupport the planning and management of Onshore personnel activities.
